About your role as Founder | Account Director Pacific:

In this position, you will be reporting to the Sales Director Pacific and be responsible for growing the Australian market by developing trusting relationships with leading retail clients. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be an integral part of building your clients’ success by delivering innovative tactical loyalty solutions.

Based on research and deep consumer insights, you will support the development of sales pitches by offering your clients customised solutions that address their specific business needs. In addition, you will also be involved in the execution of loyalty programmes. More specifically and prior to programme launch, you will provide detailed analysis concerning programme projections and forecasts, as well as carry out any preparation work related to marketing, in-store communications and logistics. Once the programme begins, you will obtain programme-related data that will allow you to make appropriate adjustments to further enhance programme effectiveness and shopper experience. You will be accountable for supporting your client throughout the programme should issues of any nature arise. A successfully run loyalty programme relies on thorough preparation, pin-point accuracy of execution, and more importantly, a consumer-first approach.

About the successful candidate:

  • University or Post-Graduate Degree
  • 10-15 years of account management experience gained from FMCG, retail or related industries
  • A successful track record in retaining and growing accounts through building long term and sustainable relationship
  • You care, you share, you are entrepreneurial, and you are accountable.
  • Possesses a consultative mindset with the ability to offer practical and creative solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organisation
  • Exceptional communications, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
