Our purpose? Enriching life for the many. Together with our retail clients, L develops short-term reward campaigns that increase sales, while also exciting, engaging, and inspiring their customers. Since launching 3.5 years ago, L is already working with some of the biggest names in grocery retail, stretching from Sydney to São Paulo. They include Coles, 7-Eleven, REWE, Intermarché, Esselunga, Conad, Coop, Super Muffato and Jumbo, just to name a few.

With roughly 350 Founders, L has over 2.500 years of experience in the loyalty industry. We use data-led shopper insights to understand who our target audiences are. This, coupled with an understanding of our clients’ business, allows us to provide tactical loyalty solutions that create increased visit frequency and basket size, while also attracting new shoppers.

About your role as a Founder | Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join L; a dynamic, global market leader. As Content Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s voice and ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all platforms. You will work closely with all our teams, from People & Culture (HR) and Sourcing to Sales and Data & Insights. With them, you will create, manage, and optimise content that resonates with our global audience.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our strategic goals and target audiences, including Grocery Retailers and future Founders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to learn all about their areas of expertise. Gather information and turn it into relevant, concise and attractive content.
  • Create, edit and manage a variety of content types like blog posts, articles, social media updates and newsletters.
  • Optimise content for SEO and analyse performance for future content strategies.
  • Manage the content calendar for timely publication and consistent messaging.
  • Lead content creators by providing guidance, feedback and support, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our content efforts.

  1. Experienced content creator and manager.

A little more detail:
  1. Experience in creating and managing content
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related.
    • 3-7 years’ experience in content creation and management.
    • Preferably a background in an international company and/or one with a B2B focus.
    • Strong understanding of and experience with SEO principles and tools.
    • Familiar with CMS (content management systems) and HTML/CSS.
    • Experience with marketing automation is a plus (not a must).
    • Social media savvy.
    • A creative thinker.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
