This, coupled with an understanding of our clients’ business, allows us to provide tactical loyalty solutions that create increased visit frequency and basket size, while also attracting new shoppers.

About your role as a Founder | Content Marketer
We are looking for an experienced Content Marketer to join L. As Content Marketer you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s voice and ensuring consistent, high-quality content across all platforms. You will work closely with all our teams, from People & Culture (HR) and Sales to Data & Insights. With them, you will create, manage, and optimise content that resonates with our global audience.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing content strategies that align with our strategic goals and target audiences, including grocery retailers and future Founders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to learn all about their areas of expertise; collating information and turning it into relevant, concise and attractive content.
- Creating, editing and managing a variety of content types such as blog posts, articles, social media updates and newsletters.
- Creating and managing content calendars to ensure timely publication and consistent messaging.
- Optimising content for SEO and SEM.
- Creating paid media strategies and promoting content on digital and social channels.
- Analysing and reporting on performance in order to inform future content strategies.
About the perfect candidate

- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related.
- 5-10 years’ experience in content creation and marketing.
- Strong understanding of and experience with SEO principles and tools.
- Familiar with content management systems (such as SharePoint, Craft and Webflow) and social media management platforms (such as Hootsuite and Sprout Social), marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot) and digital analytics tools and systems (such as GA4).
- Creative, organised, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Chaser with a pitbull mentality.
- Native English speaker, and an excellent communicator in both written and spoken English.
- Currently based in the Netherlands.
