About your role as Founder | Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager for our global head office in Den Bosch. A new and important role in our global quality management team.
You will work intensively with the product development and sourcing teams in our head office and global locations, as well as with your international quality team colleagues abroad. Together, you will ensure our global quality processes are built, supported and continuously improved.
You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the quality standards we set with our customers by sharing your vast experience and insights. We are a dynamic start-up, so we expect you to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done to make sure our loyalty programmes are successful.
As our Quality Manager you will:
- give clear meaning to complex compliance matters;
- provide day-to-day QA support to our product development and sourcing teams;
- ensure compliance with international, national and client-specific requirements;
- maintain close contact with suppliers, as well as the testing and inspection companies;
- pro-actively communicate all quality and compliance matters, both internally and externally.
One of your key challenges in this role will be your ability to uphold our quality standards while also remaining commercially-driven and maintaining a customer-first mindset.
About the perfect candidate

- More than 10 years’ experience in quality assurance and compliance in the international trade of kitchenware categories and/or toys;

- Strong communication skills;
- Self-confident, firm, decisive and always hands-on.
