About your role as a Founder | Reporting Manager

You will form part of L’s Finance team, based in our main office in ’s-Hertogenbosch. You will be responsible for reporting to internal stakeholders (such as the Group Controller and Board), external stakeholders (such as banks) and internal controls.

Responsibilities include

• Consolidating the monthly reporting packages of all subsidiaries
• Preparing and improving management reporting and analysing data on a monthly basis
• Creating an internal control framework
• Creating dashboards to track L’s progress towards goals and monitor trends
• Improving the monthly closing process
• Preparing periodic reports for the Board and other (internal/external) stakeholders
• Maintaining the accounting manual
• Assisting local teams with any technical accounting questions
• Positioning papers for new developments
• Providing training to the local teams when applicable
• Managing the audit process for Dutch financial statements
• Working closely together with Group, Financial and Business Control
• Supporting project teams to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of complex transactions.

About the successful candidate

• You have a master’s degree in business economics or accounting & control. An RA or CPA certification (or equivalent) is a plus
• You have at least 6 years’ working experience in Auditing, Accounting Advisory Services, or in a similar role
• You have proficient analytical and conceptual skills
• You are a proactive, hands-on, enthusiastic & motivated team player
• You are an excellent verbal and written communicator in both Dutch and English
• A strong knowledge of Dutch GAAP is a must; IFRS knowledge is a plus
• You are self-driven, resourceful, and results-oriented
• You are able to work in a fast-paced international environment.
