About your role as Founder | Business Data Analyst
This is a critical role within the global organisation reporting to the Data Specialist. You will be the first point of contact on all data related topics. The key focus areas of a Business Data Analyst are:

- Project Management
Data is at the heart of our business. As a Business Data Analyst you work closely with the Data Specialist, and you are the primary interface on all data related business topics globally. You will act both internally and externally as the expert in this area. Internally, you support the sales teams as a business partner and externally, you will join the sales teams as a data expert, interfacing with retail clients. Your role is to bring clarity and simplification to measuring the impact of L’s campaigns.
As a business data analyst, you need to be able to describe the solution to business challenges using data. You need to act as the bridge between the data and the business teams (Sales, the board, General Managers, etc.). Your most important task is to interpret the results and extract insights from data provided by retailers, evaluating the KPIs and success criteria of a campaign. You will act as a storyteller towards our clients, communicating key findings into the ‘retailer language’.
You ensure smooth workflow and communication between commercial analysts and our strategic data partner. For both parties you are the first point of contact.
For the data partner: you are the primary interface, managing capacity (time & resources), planning workflow and prioritising various deliverables.
For commercial teams: discussing data-driven solutions to business questions, managing expectations, managing expected timelines and communicating relevant milestones.
This will enable commercial teams to share relevant insights with the client, which will contribute to strengthening the relationship and opening up commercial opportunities.

- 5+ years of experience in similar roles
- Educational background: (Business) Economics, Marketing Analytics, Data science & Entrepreneurship
- International background with a strong understanding of food retailer landscape
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse and tackle business problems with a commercial approach
- Analytical and well-versed with numbers and data. The ability to offer clarity and provide recommendations on the overall business through data and insights.
- Clear, confident and precise communication. Ability to handle complex conversations and simplify them
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Advanced in Excel
- Advanced in BI Tooling (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Programming skills (in SQL or Python or R) are a pre
- Experience with Salesforce is a pre
- Good understanding of databases and database structures
