We achieve this change by understanding the shopper, analysing their shopping behaviour and gathering consumer insights. To this knowledge, we add our 1500 years of experience as founders of loyalty to create and implement effective short term tactical loyalty programs. Consumers collect to redeem exclusive premiums as reward for their loyalty. This stimulates higher visit frequency, increases basket size and attracts new shoppers.
We do this globally with large retailers like Carrefour, Lidl & Ahold Delhaize. We build solutions with our exclusive brand partners like Pyrex, Couzon, Harry Potter, Playmobil, Bosch, the Smurfs and many more.

About your role as Founder | Product & Brand Sustainability Manager

We are a young and dynamic Product & Brand team based in Den Bosch. We are currently looking for an outstanding individual to join our team.
What will be your essential responsibilities in this challenging role?
As a Product & Brand Sustainability manager your goal is to grow our current business for the relevant products & brands with a focus on sustainability. You have experience making products and services more sustainable day-by-day. You understand that sustainability is not a goal in and of itself, but an integral part of the overall success of a brand and its business. In your role you will be part of a team with other Product and Brand managers, and you will create new commercial opportunities for tactical loyalty business worldwide. You will drive new pitches with innovative concepts to grow participation and excitement. On top of that, you will also act as an ambassador for a shared sustainability agenda with common understanding throughout the entire organisation. As such, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining successful relationships with our general managers, suppliers, and other colleagues in the national sales offices.

We are a young and dynamic Product & Brand team based in Den Bosch. We are currently looking for an outstanding individual to join our team.
What will be your essential responsibilities in this challenging role?
- You will drive & coordinate the creation of new commercial opportunities for loyalty promotions in your own category (20%), as well as sustainability for all categories (80%)
- You are determined to change consumer behaviour and increase participation in Loyalty programmes by exceeding consumers’ desires – with sustainability in mind.
- You will work closely with our sales offices around the world to support them selling our full range of products & brands and explaining how we perform and differentiate on sustainability.
- You will inquire and research local sustainability needs with our consumers and customers and bring this back to a harmonised global hands-on sustainability roadmap. Working with our sales teams, you will help our (food) retailers meet their sustainability goals.
- You will work closely with the Product Development team to ensure a healthy category lifecycle and inspire a sustainability agenda for all products and brands.
- You will be an ambassador for sustainability and lead the full company’s awareness and focus in this area. You act as a spider-in-the-web between all disciplines: Logistics, Supply chain, Finance, Sales, People & Culture, etc to implement our sustainability goals.
- You know how to persuade, convince and excite people with your personal passion
- You monitor and optimise relevant KPIs on sustainability targets.
- You consider the commercial impact of the business in order to meet the sustainability targets.
- You are willing to occasionally travel internationally.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt to working in an international environment.

Experience
- Previous working experience (between 8 and 10 years) in product management, marketing, project management, and/or
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or product management
- Commercial mindset
- Experience with developing and launching sustainability products/services internationally.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner: able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
- Strong team player as well as individually qualified.
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and aware of your impact on our company’s success.
