About your role as Founder | Head of Product Development South-East Asia:
In this position, you will be reporting to the Managing Director and be responsible for the end-to-end product development cycle of loyalty programs across South-East Asia. Your role begins at the creative stage where you will be heavily involved with concept generation and the design of loyalty programs. From there, and with the support from the consumer insights team, you will design a product range that suits the needs of the specific program, but more importantly, a range that is relevant to the latest consumer trends. Working in a project team in conjunction with sales, account management, sourcing, QA/QC, marketing and consumer insights, you will lead the product development phase of the project, ensuring the concept, design and specifications align with the customer’s expectations. At times, you may also work with licensors and ensure global brand guidelines and requirements are met.
About the successful candidate:
- University or Post-Graduate Degree
- 10+ years of marketing and product development experience gained from FMCG, retail or related industries
- Exceptional project management experience with sound commercial and business acumen
- Consultative with a solution mindset and a “can do” attitude
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organization
- Exceptional communications and problem-solving sills
- Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure
