About your role as a Founder | Operations Manager

We are looking for a new Operations Manager to join L, a dynamic, global scale-up. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analysing our program forecasts and program data – including financial data, market trends and operational metrics – to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and support our growth objectives. Our goal as a team is to ensure the success of our programs by designing them in the right way for the consumer and, in doing so, drive revenue and decrease risk for L. This position involves close collaboration with various departments and a wide range of stakeholders, including Sales, Sourcing and Finance to ensure a comprehensive approach to data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities include:
Data Analysis: Analyse, interpret and support in creating our program forecast and program performance data in order to achieve the highest possible accuracy levels. Use data analysis techniques and data visualisation tools to present findings to stakeholders.
Financial Analysis: Interpret financial data, including revenue, costs, profitability metrics and budgeting. Provide insights to support strategic decision making and financial forecasting.
Data and Insights: Work closely with our Data & Insights team to enable the optimal design of our programs for the consumer and the retailer, and provide recommendations on the program design to the Sales teams.
Collaboration: Our Sales teams are your main stakeholders – close collaboration is required in order to establish high levels of accuracy and low levels of risk. You will also work closely with Finance on forecasting and with Sourcing on range setup and new product development, ensuring alignment across wider business objectives.
Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards. Present data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
