Consumers collect to redeem exclusive premiums as reward for their loyalty. This stimulates higher visit frequency, increases basket size and attracts new shoppers.
We do this globally with large retailers like Carrefour, Lidl & Ahold Delhaize. We build solutions with our exclusive brand partners like Pyrex, Couzon, Harry Potter, Playmobil, Bosch, the Smurfs and many more.

About your role as Founder | Sourcing Controller
Are you a go-getter with an eye for accuracy and a passion for finance? We’re looking for an enterprising, eager-to-learn individual who is keen to contribute towards the success of a fast-growing company. You will form part of the Finance department, based out of the company’s headquarters in Den Bosch. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of all accounting operations for the Dutch Sourcing entity in accordance with Dutch GAAP and will report to the Business Planning Sourcing Manager. Your job will be performed in close contact with other departments, such as Supply Chain Management and Product & Brand Management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the general ledger accounting for the Dutch Sourcing entity
- Perform monthly analyses of margins and operational expenses
- Prepare a bi-weekly cash plan for the entity
- Manage the month-end closing activities for the entity
- Prepare a monthly reporting package for the entity
- Support in the preparation of audit documentation
- Manage suspense accounts and reconciliations of I/C balances
- Answer colleagues’ financial business-related questions
- Work closely with Sourcing Business Control
- Improve the efficiency of reporting and data extraction processes
- Participate in ad hoc projects
- You are proactive, hands-on, enthusiastic and a motivated team player
- You are an independent, accurate and structured worker
- You are fluent in both verbal and written English
- You have an eye for detail and quality
- You are able to work according to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You are available for at least 32 hours a week
- You are WO/university-educated, with proven experience in the field of finance
