We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join L, a dynamic, global scale-up. As a Supply Chain Manager, your goal is to oversee, manage and analyze our company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. You want to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining successful relationships with our brand managers, suppliers, and other colleagues in the national sales offices.

As a Supply Chain Manager, your goal is to oversee, manage and analyze our company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations. You want to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining successful relationships with our brand managers, suppliers, and other colleagues in the national sales offices.

What will be your essential responsibilities in this challenging role?
- You will drive & coordinate the Supply chain of loyalty promotions on all continents, together with our team of Logistics and Supply Chain Managers.
- You will work closely together logistical teams in our sales office around the world to support them with program set up, production planning and escalation.
- You maintain a comprehensive packaging and supplier flexibility database, to manage projects effectively.
- You support the evaluation of the loyalty promotion executions.
- You monitor and optimize relevant supply chain KPIs.
- You play an active role in the supply chain process optimization to establish continuous improvement cycles and ensure an effective planning.
- You consider the environmental impact of the supply chain in order to meet sustainability targets.
- You are willing to occasionally travel internationally.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to adapt to working in an international environment.
About the perfect candidate:

- Previous working experience (between 5 and 8 years) in supply chain and logistics, and/or
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software is preferred.
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Quick learner: able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
- Strong team player as well as individually qualified.
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and aware of your impact on our company’s success.
